We are lovers of craft, whether it be bike packs, music, movies, food, small engines, cocktails, and yes…coffee. We are fueled by it, and we drink our fill. So it only seemed fitting that we share what we are drinking, what fuels us, what inspires us to design and sew your packs. This is our inaugural offering. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis coffee is from Java. It’s roasted light, but don’t worry! Whereas many light coffees have a bright acidity, this one has depth but is fruity. It doesn’t matter what roast level you generally veer towards - we think you’ll like this one. It’s a natural process. What does that mean? Coffee beans are the seeds to a cherry, and a variety of methods have been developed to remove that seed from the fruit. A natural process is the oldest known method: 1. Pick the cherry at its ripest point, 2. Let it sit in the sun and dry out, 3. Crack the fruit off the seed.
