We benefit as tasters of samples and custom roasts that put some zip into our design and production. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe coffee gets roasted in 1.5 kilo batches, which inevitably means there’s always a small amount of green beans from a supply bag that isn’t large enough to roast. Our production manager (who is also their roaster), takes these leftovers, blends them all together and then roasts them to the most mediumest of roasts. It’s what is often sitting in our break room for us to brew up. It’s never the same, always changing, but consistently enjoyable. It may not be super special or wildly distinct.
