The hardware and workmanship on every Cedaero pack is warrantied for life to the original owner. This includes the sewn seams, zippers, buckles, D-rings, and other hardware. Normal wear and tear such as holes worn through fabric, straps chewed by dogs or mice, straps worn through by abrasion, etc. are not warrantied but we will fix them for the cost of the repair! Our goal is to keep our packs on bikes and out of the landfill. If you're sending your pack in for repair, please make sure the pack is clean and free of sticky goops, crumbs, nuclear waste, and any other questionable substances.
